We stayed at magic villa benidorm from August 29th -September 12th ,we had a lovely welcome the staff were very helpful ,our room was lovely and big and very clean ,the hotel itself was just perfect ,and right next door to Neptune's right on the strip where we wanted to be ,the bar staff were lovely and very helpful.

We have just got back from a lovely week at Magic Villa. All the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble! Massive shout out to head of entertainment, Sam. Always made an effort to get little ones involved (even the shy ones, like mine). Always something going on throughout the day for both adults and children to be doing, as well as entertainment every evening. There is not a slide in the main pool as pictured, however, this did not impact our holiday. The small pool had the little play area with slides and water tip bucket which was adequate for the children. We were also booked onto the ultra all-inclusive package, so had the option of visiting other Magic resorts with water slides included in the price. This also included a trip to Terra & Aqua Natura, which was a fantastic day out. Food was always good, some things better than others.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything and a short walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is great. We stayed as a family of 8. My mother uses a walker and was very happy that the lift operates all the way down to the dining room. They serve branded drinks in the all inclusive including cider in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter has coeliac disease and the chef came out to point out al of the meals that she could eat, he cooked specially made gluten free pizza and chicken nuggets and gave her a slice of gluten free cake. The pool is lovely and deep surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel is surrounded by Benidorm nightlife so is a little noisy at night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Just back from this hotel, my first visit, it is a 4 star. The area is very Spanish on Poniente beach on the other side of the old town much quieter but I really enjoyed it, only a mile and half from the madness of laventi beach and the bars and shows, we went over 3 days of our 7. Staff were great and very helpful reception always asking if everything was ok.
